Promoting Our Business

My family started a embroidery business in 1998 mostly because my parents want my older sisters to learn how to work with a business. So they created a embroidery business called Family Treasures. It was our little home business and each one of us got to embroider baby items such as blankets, burp cloths, Lovies, stuff animals, etc. Family Treasures was a pretty good start; we had great clients and business was flowing well. Well just last year my sister Brittnay wanted to expand our business even bigger and gain more business working with people.

So we worked hard getting a new web site, new clients, and even a new name for it. Stitch Concepts is the new logo for our business. We advanced it into a better view and even looking more professional. It's turned into a real success but we are still working on getting little details together. Since I'm the photographer of the family, I got elected to put together photos for the web site and also for any promotional projects. I am also in charge of getting networks and connections through people using sites such as Facebook, Myspace, Blogger, etc. There's a lot more to it then just business......it's the relationships we have with people. Networking is one of the best ways to do it. I've created a Facebook and other sites just for Stitch Concepts. I am pretty excited about it! It will be a big project to keep up but I am excited to see where this will lead me to business working!
